ABC Sensory Fun
Literacy based play invitations encourage children to practice letter recognition, letter sounds, and builds knowledge that print carries a meaning. Sensory play exposes children to practice all their senses in play (i..e, sound, touch, smell, hearing and at times the exploration of taste). It also strengthens fine motor skills (i.e., use of scoops, spoons, pipets, tongs, etc.).
