Here's to a New Year and a New Decade


Happy New Year to all that follow me and follow all that we do as a family. Our little one is the most important little being in my life next to my husband. As we enter year 2020, I started to think of all that we have gone through the past decade. There have been many ups and downs and these experiences have made us stronger resilient parents and a family. This year I have a few goals for myself; 
1) spend more time as a family and with friends; 
2) be kind to everyone around me, even giving a smile makes a difference as well as, teaching my child the same behaviour;
3) be a role model that I want my daughter to look up to;
4) challenge myself more everyday to reach my educational goals; and 
5) last but not least, don't care about what people think! 

This year I will be focusing on me and my family. I will be focusing of our well being and promoting mindfulness in our everyday life. Hope that everyone does the same and focuses on their well-being and the wellbeing of their families.
